Delivery Policy

All orders will be delivered to you via USPS in the timeframe selected and at the rate shown to you during checkout.  Orders over $100 will be insured at our expense.
Orders are typically filled and shipped on the same day the order is received (before 3pm Eastern Standard Time). If a product you need happens to be on back-order, we can usually obtain the desired product within a two-week period and will contact you via email or phone to inform you of the back order status for that product. If a product is back ordered we will give you the option to cancel the order or wait for it to come in.
 
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:  We have no way of controlling the shipping fees quoted and in most cases can ship at a MUCH lower rate using flat rate boxes or priority mail.  We will charge only the actual shipping and handling cost and will refund you the excess postage.
