MyFavoriteQuiltShop.biz is committed to your satisfaction. All orders are inspected twice before shipping. In the case of damaged goods or packing error please contact My Favorite Quilt Shop 410-392-3936.  Arrangements will be worked out to return the merchandise, send you the missing item or correct your billing.

All Sales from our Clearance Categories and all Special Orders are FINAL. No returns are accepted.

Changed your mind and don't want merchandise? Return item within 30 days. Item must be in saleable condition. All returns should be in the original condition and packaging and have no smoke odor to them. Cut yardage and copyrighted materials (books and patterns) can not be returned. Customer pays for return shipping. Your credit card will be credited for the returned item only.
